1. Call the Voice Mail System and access any mailbox with System Administrator Options
(This can be accessed either internally or sometimes also from an external phone)
2. Enter Security Code
3. Dial 72
4. Dial 84 for Time (or 38 for Date)
5. Follow the Voice Prompts
All Smart Office / Professional Voicemails based on PCs should automatically update the time as per the Windows Operating System.
Date and Time can however be changed manually via the My Computer, Control Panel, then Date/Time Windows respectively.
1. Call the Smart Office Compact Voice Mail System to access the System Administrator Mailbox
(This can be accessed either internally or sometimes also from an external phone)
2. Enter user ID 900
3. Enter the Password for User 900 XXX
4. Press 1 to review the current Date and Time
5. If satisfied with the Date and Time press 0 to return to the “Whattodo”
6. Press 2 to change the current time, and enter the new time in 24 -hour format HHMM
7. Press 3 to change the current date, and enter the new date as YYMMDD
8. When satisfied with the Time and Date, press 0 to return to the “Whattodo”
