Palerang Council provides vital local government services to 13,000 residents, ratepayers and businesses located in south-east New South Wales.

The council wanted simple and secure communications between multiple sites, while containing and reducing costs. By implementing the SV8100 with UCB they were able to improve customer service levels and give their staff more flexibility.
